Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Best for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Some Asian and remote regions may have restricted delivery options.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most products. To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – including used or opened items
- First Aid and Safety Kits – once opened or used
- Personal Care items – if seals are broken
- Custom or special-order equipment
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email our water-safety team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery (use template below)
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
- Package Your Item: Include all original materials with RMA number visible on the package
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Dallas facility using a trackable method (we provide prepaid labels for defective items)
Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly specifying in your email that you want an exchange and your preferred replacement item from our product line (AED Units, Guard Gear, Rescue Equipment, etc.).
Refund Information
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties
- Returns must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- EMS is the preferred return method for international orders
