If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions).

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following professional aquatic equipment cannot be returned:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – including used or opened items from this category
  • First Aid and Safety Kits – once opened or used
  • Personal Care items – if seals are broken
  • Custom or special-order equipment

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our water-safety support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item with all original materials and include the RMA number visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Dallas facility using a trackable shipping method. For defective items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item from our product line (AED Units, Guard Gear, Rescue Equipment, etc.).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • All customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • EMS is the preferred return method for international orders
